Education essays was a particular subject area in essay writing that we took up during the first year of my studies as a sociology degree student at the university. Although my specialty was in sociology and its related subjects, I decided to be effective and good in all my essay writing tasks regardless whether the subject area of the essay assigned to use by our lecturer is my expertise or not. So I asked my fellow students who knew something about education essay writing and I did some research from the library and the Internet.

Asking my fellow students and reading materials from the library and the Internet gave me valuable resources in the education essay writing process such as how to conduct research on a specific education topic, the structuring and formatting for an essay on education, tips for the actual writing of the essay, and how to proofread and edit the essay on education until I would come up with a final version of the essay that is ready for submission.

For now, I am sharing with everyone the tips I learned on how to interpret and answer an education essay question. When our lecturer assigned a topic for each of us together with the question for the topic, it was important we should know how to interpret the question because it was the key to determining the correct answer for the question. So now, I am sharing the tips I learned on how to interpret the question of an essay on education.

I learned that I should read and study the essay question very well so it would give me an idea of the specific focus of the question. Then, I should look for any keywords and phrases that could provide clues on how I would interpret and answer the question. The keywords and phrases in the question would also help me in identifying the purpose of the question. Afterwards, I should find and underline the words that specify an instruction such as analyse, compare, describe, discuss, or evaluate. Then, I divided the question into sections relative to every major part of the essay corresponds to each section of the question.
